The famous actor Donald Sutherland just died at the age of 88. It was announced by his son Keifer Sutherland on X Jun 20th. You might know him for his roles in “The Hunger Games” as President Snow, “The Dirty Dozen,” “Invasion of the Body Snatchers,” “Ordinary People,” “M*A*S*H” as Hawkeye, “Don’t Look Now,” “Klute” and “Animal House.” His son Keifer Sutherland was the star of the TV show “24.”

His demise was unfortunately precipitated by a charity he created called the Hunger Games where people who were hungry could have fun playing games and win food in the process. As great as it sounds, everything went south when the electricity in LA experienced a blackout. In the confusion he was stampeded to death by a bunch of hangry homeless people in the dark looking for the food stash. Seems the odds weren’t ever in his favor.
