I think it's trying to manipulate the faithful and it also uses motivational speaking tactics. It's click bait and I'm left with what in the world and who is doing this. It's absurd.
I have a few favorites I follow on IG. I love the crazy, almost dangerous videos that cut to a dude who has a naturally funny expression, as though they are reacting to those videos. Hope I described that well. And of course I love Celeste Barber on IG.
