It’s a unique twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich. Instead of the bread that contains the cheese, they replace it with more cheese. That and melted butter on top completes this Midwest masterpiece.

The sandwich has especially caught on in the Midwest and the South. As for the East and West, it is advised that residents of those areas take extreme caution. It has been known to cause extreme gastrointestinal distress for those populations who are unaccustomed to such large amounts of fat and dairy in one serving. People have reportedly died of asphyxiation from the noxious gases erupting from the undercarriages of victims. It is advised that residents open windows when consuming this potentially deadly food.
